Social Emotional Learning Consulting 

COVID-19 has had a lasting impact on our world- particularly our youth. I work with educational leadership and students to improve social emotional learning in the school community to create a safer, connected, and equitable environment. With social emotional learning and restorative practices, young people and adults acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.

Small Group/Community Yoga & Meditation: 

We can’t do it alone! One of the main concepts of yoga is being nonjudgemental toward ourselves and others. Providing our communities with a safe space that allows everyone to just be themselves in the present moment is a gift that keeps on giving.

Corporate Yoga:

Enhance the mental, physical, and relational wellness of your workplace! In encouraging everyone in the workplace to give themselves a break, you are creating an atmosphere that promotes wellness, creativity, and understanding. Corporate yoga can help participants develop an awareness of the effects of stress and learn how to manage/prevent it from having a negative impact- benefits that can naturally flow from individuals to the workplace.
